Key Responsibilities
Identify procurement needs and ensure timely purchasing of required items. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms. Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with departments to understand material needs and ensure availability. Maintain an updated database of vendors, pricing, and procurement records. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as required. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards. Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality complaints, or price discrepancies. Track expenses and assist in budget management for procurement-related costs. |
