We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, driving performance, and helping achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives

• Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs

• Develop strategies to drive sales and improve performance

• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

• Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members

• Report on team performance to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and guide a team

• Goal-oriented and highly organized

• Familiarity with CRM tools
