Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Follow up on customer feedback and resolve complaints

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions

  • Assist in improving the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
