| Job Description: |
This position plays a critical role in extracting and preparing structured data from our practice management systems (ModMed, Nextech) to support functions such as prior authorizations, referrals, provider setup, insurance mapping, and reporting. The resource will work closely with Patient Access, Central Billing office, Credentialing, and RCM leadership to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Extracting and formatting scheduling, insurance, and service data from PM systems
- Preparing validated data files for upload to centralized trackers and portals
- Conducting data quality reviews and supporting SOP documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
