We are seeking a creative and results-driven B2B Social Media Expert to join our team onsite in Islamabad. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness and online visibility for Smart Tech Cables through engaging content, strategic campaigns, and platform management across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a B2B social media strategy focused on growing company and brand awareness.
• Create engaging, visually appealing content tailored to professional and technical audiences.
• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and relevant online communities.
• Run paid and organic campaigns that drive visibility and interest in our products.
• Collaborate with content and sales teams to align messaging and promotional activities.
• Monitor analytics and report on performance using tools like LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
• Stay updated on B2B digital marketing trends and platform changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B social media marketing (tech or eCommerce preferred).
• Proficient in managing LinkedIn and YouTube for brand building and audience engagement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create high-quality digital content.
• Experience with paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Buffer, HubSpot, or Hootsuite.
