Job Description: |
- Achieving the monthly volume targets locked at the start of the year.
- Sales target achievement
- Identify & develop new customers and retaining existing customers
- Customer Relationship Building
- Productivity of daily planned customers to be visited
- Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan of KPIs.
- Permanent Journey Plan development and implementation.
- Ensuring range availability of Ice Cream/Kulfi products in the market
- Identify stock requirement
- Deliver volume and revenue target for based station territory
- Weekly reporting on all KPI’s mentioned above to the Line Manager
- Implementation of Sales software at distributor ends
