Job Description:
  • Achieving the monthly volume targets locked at the start of the year.
  • Sales target achievement
  • Identify & develop new customers and retaining existing customers 
  • Customer Relationship Building
  • Productivity of daily planned customers to be visited
  • Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan of KPIs.
  • Permanent Journey Plan development and implementation.
  • Ensuring range availability of Ice Cream/Kulfi products in the market
  • Identify stock requirement
  • Deliver volume and revenue target for based station territory
  • Weekly reporting on all KPI’s mentioned above to the Line Manager
  • Implementation of Sales software at distributor ends
