Job Responsibilities:

Your will be simple. To make sales calls all day long. You will be making calls to small businesses in order to sell our services. That’s it! Simple right?

Other Duties:

• Be present during our daily meetings (via Video Conference).
• Submit daily reports.
• Proactively follow up with leads.
• Keep an updated database via our CRM.
• Understand and Uphold our company values.

Requirements:

The below are absolute must have’s:

- Must be fluent in English (Verbal & Written). Upbeat personality and clear English pronunciation with excellent conversational skills.

- Must have a home office set up in a quiet and soundproof area of your home with a strong internet connection, newer model computer, cell phone, headset, Skype account and Google Hangouts account.

- Must have the self-discipline and self-motivation to work from home.

We prefer that the candidate possess a College Degree in a related field.

Should have previous experience in an outbound sales or related position with high call volume.

Must be willing to work full time & for only our company during the above stated hours of

8 AM to 5 PM, PST USA Time.

Pay:

Level 0:

If you are hired, you will begin in the training phase. Pay is $2.00/hour USD (During Training Phase)

Level 1:

Once you successfully complete the 30-day training phase you will be promoted to a Level 1 Sales Associate. Pay also increases to $3.00/hour USD (Plus Commission).

You will be given the opportunity to reach a Level 5 Associate and we will explain during the interview.
