Job Description:

This role revolves around good communication and so whatever business you work in your duties are likely to include:

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Developing growth strategies and plan
  • Planning and preparing presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns both Digital and Conventional
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools for better and optimize digital marketing campaigns (i.e. email marketing, social media and display and search advertising).
  • Managing and Retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Communicating new prospective clients
  • Writing Business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and client needs
  • Futuristic approach and following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting, Finalizing and Reviewing contracts with clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Writing reports on projects and also to report on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Providing management with feedback

HR Related Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record leaves)
  • Prepare HR Documents like employment contracts and new hiring etc.
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports on HR related issues
  • Assist Finance department in making of payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves record, absence, sick days, work schedules, fines etc.)
  • Arrange travel, accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR Projects (e.g. trade testing, HR delegation management, job fairs etc.)
