Job Description: |
This role revolves around good communication and so whatever business you work in your duties are likely to include:
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Developing growth strategies and plan
- Planning and preparing presentations (PowerPoint)
- Ability to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns both Digital and Conventional
- Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools for better and optimize digital marketing campaigns (i.e. email marketing, social media and display and search advertising).
- Managing and Retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Communicating new prospective clients
- Writing Business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and client needs
- Futuristic approach and following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting, Finalizing and Reviewing contracts with clients
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Writing reports on projects and also to report on successes and areas needing improvements
- Providing management with feedback
HR Related Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record leaves)
- Prepare HR Documents like employment contracts and new hiring etc.
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports on HR related issues
- Assist Finance department in making of payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves record, absence, sick days, work schedules, fines etc.)
- Arrange travel, accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR Projects (e.g. trade testing, HR delegation management, job fairs etc.)
