| Job Description: |
Cooperative Computing, seeks a warm and welcoming full-time Front Desk Officer to join their fun, dynamic and growing team in Karachi.
Job Role
- Greet clients and visitors to the office with warmth and professionalism. Notify concern person of visitor's arrival when necessary.
- Answer incoming calls received on a multi-line phone system, in a cordial, professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Help ensure the Front Desk Area is well maintained and conference rooms are ready for upcoming meetings; report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Make conference room, and visitor office reservations using reservation software and calendars
- Provide concierge-style support to staff, clients and guests.
- Communicate with the manager, appropriate department, or client as needed.
- Prepare and send out a daily visitor email
Requirements:
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Front of the House experience in a high-end hotel or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is a must
- Strong communication, organizational and attention to detail a must.
- Willing to work occasional overtime to assist with coverage and special events
