1. Assisting in creating engaging content on Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels operated by the brand.
2. Responding to the comments and messages from followers on the social media channels with due diligence, including service and marketing related queries.
3. Coordinating contests, activities and other digital media campaigns.
4. Writing dynamic technology & smartphone related articles and assisting in preparing the PR material.
5. Writing and distributing e-newsletters to subscribers and potential customers.
6. Analyzing and reporting audience information and demographics, success of existing social media projects, engagement behavior and customer feedback.
7. Working on SEO campaigns and regularly post comments and articles on top-technology websites to create brand awareness.
8. Responsible for other related tasks assigned by the manager.
