| Job Description: |
- Achieve 100% Primary & Secondary sales target through all channels
- Ensure distributors investment as per co policy & Business Requirements
- Visit all FMCG selling shops to improve width & depth of BUCP Brands/SKU’s
- Implementation of Trade Marketing Activities at FMCG selling shops with the help of TSMs.
- Implementation PJP for TSMs/Order bookers and review it on periodic basis
- Ensure timely payments from credit customers, if any
- Timely ordering and dispatches of BUCP brands to customers
- Update competitor activities on time to time basis
- Sales Data Analysis and preparing reports for BUCP HO on regular basis
- Ensure proper execution of brand activities as per the given guidelines
- On the job trainings of ASMs/TSMs & Order Bookers to make an effective and productive
