Job Description:

We are seeking result-oriented candidates, who can work under pressure independently and within team, for the positions of Call Center Representative on US campaign

Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills.

Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral, or Americian accent.

Job Timmings : 08:00pm to 05:00 am

Students can also apply

Full training will be provided

Duties and Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to international customers.

Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.

Fulfilling daily targets given by company.

Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally

Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.

Meets commitments to customers

Other duties as assigned.
