Job Description:

Physically verify the boundaries of UC and location of target clusters from the data of which is provided by third party consultants

Physically verify, initiate contact and on-board the surveyed schools in the designated UCs for MOUs with EFS.

Build relationship with school administrators and ensure that each partner school is visited once a quarter.

Supervise a team of 5- 7 FCs and monitor daily reports submitted by them.

Create alignment with partner schools for various EFS trainings for teachers and school management standards


Required Skills:
Dynamic and self-motivated candidate

Ability to manage teams with a strong focus on results

Must have conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Strong project management skills

EFS addresses the current education crisis in Pakistan through a multi-faceted strategy that focuses on grass-root level support to families, capacity building of schools and NGO partnering for extensive reach of its programmes that focuses on identifying out of school children and providing them access to school education.

Our focus is primary level education and EFS is targeting to enroll 180,000 out of school children in schools by 2016. EFS' primary donor at the moment is UK Government Department for International Development- (DFID)
