Job Description:
  • Professionally honed person possessing project implementation skills and have sound knowledge of IT and System Integrator company.
  • Candidate must have skills ensuring customer support and satisfaction while managing the team, during implementation and maintenance phases of the project.
  • Promote relationship with clients.
  • Define KPIs of the local team members (approved by management) and strictly follow strategy of monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintaining effective communication within the departments and coordination with PM.
  • Hold regular internal departmental meetings to review performance and manage expectation.
  • Solution design and pre-sales tasks to meet QY target.
  • Prepare documentation (e.g. procedures, drawings, budget requests, reports, memos, letters, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
  • Maintain complete record of all info related to technical.
  • Ensure project timelines are met and send weekly progress report of each project assigned.
  • Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
  • Reviews work of development team.
  • Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
  • Vet all solutions provided to the customers.
  • Verify Bill of Quantities for their respective regions.
  • Responsible for Inspection and deliverables in the respective regions.
  • Creates and executes development plans across multiple projects and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager and/or client across multiple projects.
  • Manages multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule.
  • Assists in sales efforts from a technical perspective.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
  • Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation.
  • Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
  • Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
  • Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and or with greater reusability or longer life.
  • Raises our visibility through involvement in local industry organizations.
  • Confronts issues opening and quickly. Develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities in the respective department.
