Solid concepts experience of following is must:

• Object Oriented Programming/Design
• Data Structures, Algorithms and SDLC
• Programming Languages (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC)
• Strong conceps of JavaScript and JQuery
• Databases (MSSQL, MySQL, SQLite)
• Operating System (Windows Mac OSX)

Tools Methodology which can give you a big plus:

• WCF, WEB API 2
• XMPP, JSON, Google API
• Facebook API, Twitter API
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum)
• Some Knowledge of version control systems like TFS is a plus.
• Strong ties with Sialkot and willingness to live/work in Sialkot on long term basis
