Job Descriptions:·

• The Business Development Executive needs to work with the management to create a detailed sales analysis and assist with other administrative tasks
• The Executive will be responsible to assure that professionalism, productivity and quality are maintained and continually improved throughout the organization
• The candidate must be confident enough to Lead the daily basis internal & external meetings
• It also includes other tasks related to quality and training of the sales team with Manager
• Need to work with the management to create a detailed sales analysis
• Reviews quality of work and performance of Sales Agents through live monitoring and use of call recording system and applications.
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of products and services
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
• Good customer focus
• Sharp attention to detail- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and diligent attributes
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time
