| Job Description: |
To ensure that trainings are being provided to new/existing agents by vendor are correct and covering all NBP product information by quizzes and training completion criteria
- To ensure the minimum daily calls evaluation count of 20 by each QA resource
- To ensure that the Agent Resources are performing as per the requirements mentioned in KPIs by calibration activity (Pick random calls and evaluate as per defined KPIs in the presence of vendor QA Team)
- To share Agent quality report (based on Calls Evaluations) on daily/Weekly/Monthly and on need basis to NBP Call Center Management with corrective measures
- To assure Quality Standards at all times, to monitor calls and highlight mistakes and give feedback to vendor QA team for necessary trainings.
- Evaluate the QA daily reports and take necessary measures by coordination with vendor relevant team.
- To assess the Agents/Supervisors/QA team by taking quizzes/other assessment criteria based on NBP products and offered services on monthly basis
- To participate in the meeting with NBP product team for product or campaign understanding and then add into Training material
- To coordinate with NBP product team for getting answers of vendor queries.
