InvoZone is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), with strong leadership skills, who will work directly under the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective strategies to achieve the business goals of the company
• Plan the usage of technology assets by the employees while ensuring smooth functioning of the technology
• Manage the Tech department and communicate with the Project Managers to identify any bottlenecks in the final product and address them.
• Design policies that meet the company’s technological requirements
• Stay up-to-date with the current technology trends and make required adjustments in the current technical strategy of the company
• Set company wide tech objectives that would help in improving the technological assets of the company
• Construct the code architecture of future projects of the company

Skills & Requirements

• MS degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 10+ years of experience in a technological role
• 3+ years of experience as a CTO or similar role
• Experience in building effective business strategies involving technology
• Strong business acumen
• Have the acumen for handling all the technical aspects of the company
• Able to mentor the tech department
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working with diverse languages/frameworks
