·         Identification of Prospects clients for available inventory in hand for Sales/Rental Offers

·         Communicate with prospect clients to acquire their requirements and choice of property and then forward proposals accordingly

·         Invite prospective clients for exploratory visits

·         Preparation of documents such as purchase agreements and supplementary service/sub-lessee contracts etc

·         Following up on deals in progress to ensure closure of deals in time documents are signed and payments are received in time as per the payment plans

·         Travels within city and also nationwide to meet prospective clients for achieving Sales Targets

·         Prepare daily sales call/progress reports for reporting to CMO and senior company management

·         Render effort for achieving assigned Sales Targets

·         Carry out assigned tasks as and when required by CMO
