Job Description:

1. Managing overall e-commerce / website-related operations.

2. Managing the entire online sales system.

3. Heading the entire online process from uploading stock, maintaining inventory levels, promoting, order taking, dispatching & returns & exchange.

4. Coordinating/ communicating with all parties involved i.e technical team, inventory dept., production, call-center, service providers, and courier companies.

5. Continuously analyzing website performance in terms of service and sales.

6. Making daily improvements to increase performance.
