Job Description:

· Place order to principle with synchronization SCM/Sales team forecasted demands, develop pre-order level and intimate on time supplier to meet our forecasted order.

· Manage inventory level by focusing on lead time of supplier production as well as Transit time and develop blue print plan to meet customer requirement by looking their business model of JIT.

· Supervised in EDB (Engineering Development Board) document preparation (related to Commercial Dept.) such as Quota renewal, deletion of previous part and addition of new Parts in our EDB system.

· International Supplier's management in terms of compliance standards, competencies and deadlines.

· Negotiations for fair & reasonable price & quality of goods/services in new projects. Identify and resolve problems/conflicts relating to payment, Claims, delivery delays and etc.

· Deal matters related to Shipping such as B/L, Commercial Invoice, and Packing list.

· Deal matters related with Payment through Wire Transfer, Letter of Credit (LC) & Bank Guarantees.

· Manage custom clearance with close Coordination with clearing agent.
