Responsibilities:

• Managing existing business development team, operations, products, and services.

• Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various strategies.

• Implementing new business strategies and reporting to the management board.

• Leading the business, sales, and marketing team to meet company goals.

• Training new talents and leading them towards successful results.

• Assist in the recruitment process, specifying job descriptions to HR.

• Writing business proposals, sales pitches, requirement specifications, contracts. Skills Required: • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Having 4+ years of professional experience in business development

• Recent experience in the software industry for generating business and managing teams.

• Experience in working with North American & European regions, generating business through different means.

• Knowledge of existing market trends and sales strategies within Pakistan software companies.
