We are seeking an experienced customer service resource to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for;
- Handling international customers via email & calls.
- Responding to the emails regarding products and services.
- Replying to customer's calls for queries and complaints received.
- Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
- Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.
- Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.
