Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Client Relations Executive in (Night shift) with outstanding communication skills and should possess strong negotiation ability.

The candidate should be enthusiastic and must have a proven work experience of the client relationships and have the ability to work in a performance-oriented environment.

Job Brief

•  Liaising with clients, dealing with complex queries and proactively resolving service issues within agreed deadlines/targets
• Build and maintain good client relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfill client expectations
• Liaise with and provide support to other team members, departments and offices, as may be required
• Mentor other team members and new staff to transfer knowledge of our products and processes
• Actively contribute to team meetings and client service initiatives
• Carry out any other task within the client service team, at the request of the line managers
• Prioritize, plan and complete client service tasks in accordance with their requirements
• Coordinate proactive communication, schedule meetings, and capture detailed information to relay to client teams.

Required Skills

• Prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency
• Documenting every contact with clients
•  Negotiating with clients to determine terms of contracts
• Resolving client concerns in a timely manner
• At least 4 years of prior experience in a similar role
