·         You should have full command on English language to help the students.

·         Check assignments/write-ups and provide timely feedback to students

·         Keep a track of all candidates’ performance and design tailored strategies for help them improve their command on English Language

·         Guiding, mentoring and helping students about the resources they need to use.

·         Giving them homework and exercises after evaluating their weak areas

·         Occasionally take class on basic English to build and strengthen candidates’ foundation

·         Keeping a close, friendly and professional contact with the students and address their issues

·         Help students to get comfortable with writing

·         Enabling them to get comfortable with Newspaper reading and how to go about it

·         Suggesting ways to improve vocabulary, tenses, punctuation, structure etc.

·         Equipping students to master comprehension, précis, translation, sentence correction, paragraph writing, grammar and structure.

·         Suggesting ideas to further improve our academic HelpDesk features at KIPS.

·         Reporting to the head of Academic Counselor for quality-assurance

·         Coming well-prepared to KIPS for providing full support to the students.
