Job Description: |
- Responsible for accepting and handling Vivo Service Hotline, Online Consultation, Complaint Business and Customer Care.
- Provide High Quality Services to customers through Calls and Online Channel to enhance the reputation of Brand and customer loyalty.
- Must be familiar with office software with typing speed 30 WPM.
- Preferably Call Center work background.
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate well.
- Should have cheerful and polite personality and generous enthusiasm.
