• We have a great opportunity for a Business Development Specialist (Lead Generation) to join our expanding team.
• An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Specialist, working with our  software products; someone with a drive to succeed and who will support the growth of our business through excellent commercial awareness and phone-based lead generation skills and Communicating with customers through various channels.
• You will need to be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), adaptable, and determined, and should have the drive to reach and exceed targets.
• You’ll have proven experience in outbound cold-calling, receiving inbound sales calls and inquires, and nurturing software prospects and leads, using rigorous qualification methods to assess level of interest and purchasing capability.
• Being accustomed to using a CRM database, you’ll be accountable for accurately logging and prioritizing your work, and you’ll enjoy working alongside busy sales teams to support campaign activities.
• Preferably, as a telemarketer or telesales specialist, you’ll have previous experience in speaking with prospects and/or customers, perhaps in an account management or sales role. 
• You’ll get full training and all the support you need to get to grips with our software products and services, so you can be confident in recommending the right solutions to senior personnel within small to medium sized businesses.
